The Waterstone Story

Waterstone Winery is the collaberative project of veteran winemaker Philip Zorn and wine executive Brent Shortridge.  The team was established in 2000 when the two met and discovered they shared the same idea and passion of making luxury wines at affordable prices.  Neither Zorn nor Shortridge are vineyard or winemaking facility owners, but rather choose to be dedicated winemakers who source their grapes from the finest vineyards throughout Napa.  In every Waterstone vintage, the winemaking team has sought to make perfectly balanced wines that capture the expresion of the grapes and also the essence of the land from which they come.  This strategy and their combined brilliance have produced over a decade of incredible award winning wines at very accessible prices, bringing the luxury of Napa to your glass.
